The item I ordered was not an authentic Burberry bag as advertised. We been in touch with customer service, sent them the information, including pictures that prove it is not authentic. That was 4 days ago and we have heard nothing. I’m surprised that Overstock treats its customers this way, it is very disappointing and I will reconsider buying from your company again. Update: this product from Overstock is clearly not an authentic Burberry bag. It does not have a serial number stamped in the leather (there is no leather). The serial number came separate from the bag on a sticker. Overstock has refused to give us a refund. Don’t fall into the trap, DO NOT BUY FROM OVERSTOCK.

Overstock didn't have the color or combination I wanted to go with my other bedroom/bathroom items.

The top corner in the front was crushed in shipment. No way to fix or hide it. The instructions should be broken down into more detail and steps. The trim piece on the front of the top piece is installed at an angle that causes it to not be flush with the side panels.

You sent me only 1 qr code for my 2 packages! 2light fixtures! 2boxes! Please send another UPS QR code. Thank you

I have ordered from Overstock years ago so I was excited to get this recliner. I got it put together and: I could feel the metal bars in the ARMS . I could feel the metal bars in the BACK. The leg does NOT tuck flat but closes with an angle in the middle. It has no stuffing in the arms or back!! This is a very painful *ouch* recliner. I will be returning this piece of crap and will not EVER order from OVERSTOCK again!!

Poor customer service communication regarding order status on purchases. Unable to track my order placed on Sep 7th. When checking order details I get the message: « You haven’t placed any orders yet ». Uncertain when the order will arrive or if the order is actually being processed. Very dissaponting.

Ordered my ring with delivery date of 8/27/26…contacted customer service when date came and went.. customer service assured me ring would ship by 9/4/26.. 9/7/26 my label was created for “2 day shipping” yet the package still shows sitting in Illinois… it’s end of day, mail has ran.. 9/8/26.. still not scanned. I’m frustrated and don’t know if or when I will get my ring. I feel like they’re delaying to avoid having time to dispute returns if ring anrrives and isn’t as it was described. Something. This is beyond irritating. Do not recommend.

You cancelled my order without contacting me; whatever the issue was, I am sure it could have been fixed via email, and my money has still not been refunded.
