The rug was made of flannel material. The picture looked beautiful. I will never order from here again.
Response from Overstock.comSep 16, 2026
We are sorry the rug's material did not meet your expectations based on the picture. We are always working to improve our product descriptions. Your refund was issued on 09/10.

I was sent a used rug. When I registered a complaint the young man was consistently polite but had an underlying attitude that clearly demonstrated he didn't give a damn. The organizational response to this is very unsatisfying. I've been buying rugs from Overstock for 20 years. I'm walking away from all future interactions with your company.
Response from Overstock.comSep 16, 2026
We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with the rug you received. We understand how frustrating it is to receive an item and it not being as expected. If you still need further assistance with the return we can be reached at [email protected].

The tracking number doesn't match up. And it appears that they cannot find my order.

We are sorry to hear about the tracking discrepancy and the difficulty locating your order. Your account has been reviewed and the umbrella was marked as delivered on 09/11 via Fed Ex.

I ordered a rug and my order was confirmed and then the next day I got an email for no reason saying the order has been canceled and then two days later I go and the rug is still on their website and available so I have no idea why they canceled it
Response from Overstock.comSep 16, 2026
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We understand your frustration regarding the unexpected cancellation of your order. A purchase was not linked to this email but you were fully refunded if the order was cancelled.

Advertized an object, collected the funds, then say it was not available. Very disappointing.

I needed to cancel an order after a few hours. I ordered the wrong 2 rugs that were in my cart. The cancel Process was terrible and one rug was eventually cancelled but the other one was not. It should not be this hard and I will most likely take my business somewhere else.
Response from Overstock.comSep 16, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the difficulty you experienced with our cancellation process. Your account has been reviewed and we've confirmed both rugs were cancelled and refunded on 09/08.
