I did not receive my entire order. It came piece meal, which is not a problem. However, I am waiting for a runner which has not arrived and I have no information. I really don't know how to find out about the rest of my order.

I received broken items. I will update my review when I see how the replacement parts are handled and how difficult this is to get settled properly.

Product is a bit on the cheap side regarding the materials. Not a seamless build and some gaps on the pieces coming together. A bit over priced.

Description indicated fully assembled. Item is not fully assembled . I received 4 emails each with 1 item shipped that I could never track. I actually ordered 6 chairs so I was not sure what was coming or when. I did receive 6 chairs but was not notified and was not aware when they were coming

I would like to be able to request that my order ship when complete, not have multiple shipments on a single order! The tracking system is lame. So far: The product quality is good and the prices are reasonable. I fully intend to use Overstock in the future!

I ordered corn hole boards. They are very well made. The problem was they were not packaged well. There was no padding in between the boards. So they had some scratches on the face from rubbing together.

Your search engine on your website definitely needs improving. Not enough options. Also, you return process and policy needs improving. I don't expect you to be Amazon but you definitely can improve. One more example is particularly in your jewelry, no option for genuine Stone when searching. So you get lab created as well as realstone combined which is not good. Your metals also should be separated out. Sterling silver should be sterling silver, not sterling silver coated with or plated with other metals. Also there should be pictures on a live model so tell your ontributors or vendors who post on your site. I don't buy anything that I can't see on a on a model's ear. And not an AI generated because the sizes are not truly represented when they do that. These are reasons why I I stopped buying from Ross Simons. Their search engine is awful and I don't have the patience to deal with it..
