Almost every single part and piece was missing aside from two. Which is a lot considering it was a chair and all I received was the back and the seat. No feet, no tools, no screws…

The wrong product was shipped to me. I ordered 6 bar stools and while 6 arrived-3 were the wrong ones. I called and the agent respectfully resolved the issue by sending me the correct ones; however, only TWO were replaced of the THREE??? I called again and I did not get a comfortable feeling that it will be resolved. It has been 3 days now and still no answer on my missing barstool? My order was for $600 The second agent was NOT at all the same as the 1st agent. He was not too concerned about my situation???? STILL WAITING! This was my first purchase ever from Overstock.com
