shipping and fulfillment of order . Ordered over 11 days ago..was not shipped until 5 days after placing order..still have not received order! tracking says delivery next week ..over 2 weeks since the order was placed

Horrible shopping experience especially when you don't have an account with them. All returns are processed over the phone in that case, and those agents will do anything but to give you a return label, even when the item was not as described, they will tell you it's your fault and will charge for return shipping.

My order was canceled twice with no explanation. The verbage was something like" we know you change your mindsometimes, your order has been canceled as you requested". I never requested it to be canceled!!! Not happy!

It is way too heavy for me to build by myself, and now I found out I would have to pay $100 or more to return it! I thought I would receive an already built table!
