I ordered the navy color runner to match my large area rug and was sent the ivory instead. Had to keep it because company arrived that day and there wasn't time to swap it. I'm very disappointed but will have to make the best of it at this point.

I will never ever order from overstock again. My order never came and it was marked delivered. I had a lot of One around and back-and-forth with customer service horrible service.

We are truly sorry to hear about the trouble with your order. We understand how disappointing it is when an order is marked delivered but not received. We have reviewed the UPS tracking and confirmed their investigation was closed on 09/14.

A piece was ordered by a person who suddenly passed away. We called within 24 hours to cancel the item and stop it from being shipped, but was told by the person in Overstock Customer Service to cancel an order you have to cancel within 1 hour. The piece hadn't even shipped yet!! Overstock is TERRIBLE!

My sheets are not as described , in the picture they are dark brown the ones I received are gold in color very disappointed I waited for these and to see them this color is very dissapointed now I have to pay to send them back wait for a refund.
