Package was not delivered to my apt i retreived it from the front door.....it was left in front of the outside door where it would have been stolen...the sighn says ring the d apt bell for cc deliveries..

I'm curious to why they want you to rate them before you receive the product and the time it was due is beyond me 😞 I received the rug today and it's not the bright coral color I ordered is a rust color I'm very disappointed been waiting on this rug

The lamps I received did not meet the item description. They were crap!! The lampshades were HORRIBLE!!! After waiting forever to get the lamps, I started to unbox and felt the cheap lampshades and immediately closed up the box!!! The first time I called, the CSR FROM Africa (which I could barely understand) hung up on me! Called a second time, waited another 10 minutes and spoke with another African who I could barely understand. You charged me $15 to return it!!! If your description was more accurate, I never would have bought them in the first place. But don't worry, I have posted my experience on several pages in FB and I will NEVER buy from Overstock again. I have spent several thousands of dollars in the past, but never again. I learned my lesson. Can't wait to see you go out of business.

I want to cancel this order and have been attempting since 20 minutes after order was placed and have been given the run around and refusal to cancel order. The return postage is over $40.00 which would be an expense I should not have incurred. I was well within the 60 minute cancelation policy. Seems very convenient........
