My shipment went from getting to Fredericksburg Va, which is 2 counties away from me to being sent all the way to Aberdeen Maryland and being delivered to someone there. Your chat bot is not functioning to really be able to assist . I noticed the problem over the weekend and was unable to get any satisfaction or help through that function.

Scheduled delivery, item not delivered, no communication from carrier. Automated system kept repeating outdated information regarding delivery. Had to call and talk to actual representative to resolve.. as of now item still not delivered

I am still waiting for a resolution to the damaged goods in shipping. I have sent order number and delivery date, but have not heard follow-up if I need to package everything to send back or if replacement parts will be sent.

I doubt that anyone from overstock has ever tried to put together a chair, or the table from the set we bought. The holes do not line up and I spent hours trying to put just one chair together. There is no way I am going to do this 5 more times. On the table there are temporary plugs in the legs that they say should be removed using a screwdriver. They were almost impossible to remove and I ended up with pieces of the plug shooting all over the place. When I got it together I found that the top was warped
