Clinton from K.
I got what I asked for, eventually. The item was listed as a “set of two” and I initially received only one. After finding a contact person (very friendly and accommodating) I stated the issue and the second item was subsequently shipped. It came a week later than the first item, but it did come. Timing wasn’t important for me but it may be for the next person.

Customer service agents are professional and take responsibility when there is an issue, they apologize and make corrections.

Nice product, good price!
customer
great product, sturdy material - love the hutch! 4 stars because no instructions were included and when we pulled up online, it didn't match exactly causing a few put together headaches - must have been older instructions to an updated product. Will order from Overstock again!!

The chairs are beautiful. I am very happy with them. There is a very small cut in the velvet on one of them, but they look great around my table!
