Need to pack items better!!!!!!!!
Need to pack items better, 5 of the 8 chairs arrived damaged. 3 completely unusable with cracked broken wood and nails protruding. 2 others had deep gashes and scratches in wood and one was missing foot of chair entirely. These are nice chairs and sturdy, capable of holding hundreds of lbs. and they should not have broken with proper packing and transport. However, Overstock is offering to replace 3 of the 5 chairs and offer a discount to us on the two scratched. We accepted this offer.
