I accidentally placed duplicate orders on September 30, 2026, and immediately contacted customer service that same day to cancel one of them. I was informed that the order could not be canceled directly and that an email would have to be sent to the warehouse, a process that could take up to 48 hours. Unfortunately, both orders shipped on October 2, 2026. Now, despite my prompt attempt to correct the mistake, I'm left with the inconvenience of returning an item and paying a return fee. With today's technology, it's difficult to understand why a simple order cancellation requires 48 hours or more to process. This is an unnecessarily frustrating experience, especially when the cancellation was requested immediately. I believe the return fee should be waived, given that I made every effort to prevent the duplicate shipment.

Have not received invoice, track package does not work and have not received my chair but money taken out of my account. I have not heard anything at all about my chair!!! Will most likely not use O again.

I placed an order and then without notice, no email outreach or anything, you canceled my order. In the email you said I initiated it, however, I had not. I did not miss any emails from you either. I then had to call back in and spoke to someone for over 30 mins, who was not helpful at all. I ended up having to place the order again myself. We received 1 of the 2 orders. The second order never arrived prior to our trip and we have no idea when it will arrive. I have never used your platform before and I am not sure I would again. This was a massive waste of time with very poor communication. The only saving grace from a 1 star was the product we did receive was good quality and exactly as advertised.

My order was shipped but hasn't arrived. Online in my account it states delayed. I have received no notification. When I have inquired, I receive no answer to what the issue is.

The Overstock website advertised these barstools as fully assembled with no need to assemble. WRONG!!! They showed up in boxes requiring assembly. I am 80 with arthritis in my hands. I got 3 chairs and it took me 3 1/2 painful hours to assemble because the holes did not align for some of the screws. Believe Overstock owes me money for the painful assembly.
