The two lampshades were darker than expected and carried a $22 shipping charge which practically wiped out any discount applied. When I called (2 days after delivery) to request return and reorder, I found out it would cost me $33 to return. There is nothing noting restocking fees on returnable items. The guy on the help line finally reduced the price to $17, so now I will have spent $39 for nothing. The price of each shade was only $34–before tax and shipping. Highly disappointed.

I have t received the item or a tracking number that works and it’s been 10 days since my purchase.

Poor quality product.

Item is way smaller than advertised, do not be fooled by the measurements.

One of the lights ordered does not function.

Order failed to be shipped from the warehouse after over eight days even though it was in stock. First and last time I’ll order from Overstock.

Terrible product. I need to be contacted by Customer Service. I have emailed twice, no response. Overstock’s Westfield Murphy Bed Chest with 6” Mattress is a terribly defective product. We require: (1) A telephone call with Overstock customer service; (2) Contact for the Manufacturer; (3) Correct Part Replacements and a Local Assembly employee; or (4) A full refund. We were hosting Friday and unboxed everything to have the bed ready. We were looking forward to having this product serve us well in our home. Throughout set up, none of the holes lined up with the screws or wooden pegs- first signal the product was defectively produced. When trying to get the support slats in, the slots were too small. The wood split when attempting to push the slats into the base wood. The product is not savageable. Even if we repaired it at home, the wood is too thin to support any adult weight. This product is entirely defective and it is irresponsible to offer this product for sale to consumers. After the horrible experience, we searched the product online, only to find a litany of horrible complaints regarding the product and the manufacturer’s customer service. We will need a full refund and contact with the manufacturer. We note the manufacturer is out of Massachusetts- local. We would still want this product if they can make it right by having a support representative come to our home with a product that is not defective and complete its assembly. However, after seeing the reviews, it’s clear Overstock knew or should have known this product was defective. In selling a known defective product to consumers, Overstock needs to make this right. Please get into contact with me as soon as practicable.

Ordered a mattress that is exactly the same as the one I purchased from Overstock about 7 years ago. The mattress I recently received is completely different than my previous one. I can't even use the mattress because it causes me terrible back and hip pain. They refuse to accept a return or offer a refund. It's a shame that Overstock does not stand by the quality of the products they sell and support their repeat customers when an issue arises. The reply from Overstock says they sent me a direct email. That is a lie! The only email I received is the one that told me they will not take the product back so I'm out nearly $600.
