Very disappointing experience with Overstock. I placed my order expecting it to be processed normally, but they cancelled it. This was frustrating and a waste of my time, especially since I chose to purchase the item from Overstock instead of somewhere else. If an item is available to order, customers should be able to rely on the order being fulfilled. I expected much better service from a company this well known.

I ordered a coffee table. I had to return it as it didn’t look like the pic at all so didn’t go worth what i have. Then i i had to pay $65 to ship it back. I will never order anything that large again from Overstock

Received the wrong lamp. Not even remotely what I ordered. Now I'm waiting on hold for an estimated 20 minutes. Why is there no return information included on your website? Should have the option to return AT NO CHARGE from the "unboxing" email received from you. Take a look at Macy's. They do an excellent, seamless job of making returns easy. Haven't ordered from Overstock in years. Was a regular customer before your owner/CEO became a Trump supporter. Now that he's no longer affiliated with the company, (supposedly), thought I'd come back. Nope. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Still on hold.....

You sent me the incorrect lampshade because your descriptions are misleading and then charged me to send it back. I was expecting to receive a light linen shade, but was sent burlap - yuck. I will never order from you again.

it wasn't sent and it isn't here and i am told it is delayed.

This review is for my interaction with overstock and not about the product itself since I never received it. Not only was my order, not shipped when it was supposed to be and not received when it was supposed to be, but I’ve had a lot of difficulty getting answers from anyone after calling multiple times about what the status is. I could’ve gotten this tile from four other places so at this point, I am going to cancel the order and get it from one of the other vendors.

I got a defective tablecloth with a hole in the middle. Couldn't return it.

I ordered a coffee table that was supposed to arrive a week ago and now they say it won’t arrive for another month.
