Purchased 4 ceiling fans in June 2026. 1 fan burnt out in September 2026. No support from Bed Bath and Beyond who owns Overstock. They sent me to the manufacturer which was in another country and no one gets back to me. I sent an email to Bed Bath and Beyond and there has been no response. I will no longer shop from either.

I have not received item. When tracking the item, it shows that it was shipped but it hasn't gone any farther. Stalled at shipping.

Terrible service. Cancelled my order. This is 2026 - how can you not keep proper inventory disciplines. If you don’t have an item, pull it down from your site. This is easy. Inconveniencing a customer and now making them scramble to ensure a birthday present arrives on time is unacceptable. DO BETTER!

I called to find out about an order placed online and cannot get anyone to help. I called the phone number on my email confirmation and they said that they are Bed Bath & Beyond and not Overstock.com. So I’m still without any response.
