Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

The item of artificial turf was the worst quality I never expected to get. It is so thin you can almost see through it. It would never last through a winter in Nevada. I would never order through Overstock again if this is the quality I would receive. First time and maybe my last.

There are no screws update as of 9/30/26: We finally got the screws from the manufacturer "LEISURE MOD" but we still need the legs as they shipped the wrong ones. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would like to return these items. The reason for my request is while putting the chairs together I decover that the screws holes on the chair backs do not line up

I’ve received multiple emails three days ago stating my item was out for delivery and it has not yet arrived. It’s a gift and now too late

I am being asked to review a product that I am still waiting for. I placed an order that specifically showed on the Overstock website as "2 day delivery" I needed the product in a short lead time because I was at a seasonal home for a short amount of time. I wanted to have time to receive and assemble the dining tables before leaving. One week after receiving shipping confirmation, customer service could not tell me when the shipment would arrive. They suggested I call UPS to inquire, rather than advising they would secure the information. I asked that the order be canceled because it was likely to arrive at a location I would not be at for three months - they refused! The customer agent even said orders normally take six days to deliver - all while the website was still showing 2 day delivery to my zip code. The price had also dropped and they would not extend a price adjustment. That is the least they could have done since they refused to cancel the order. This has been a very disappointing experience.

My order got cancelled without informing me

Overstock unilaterally cancelled my order with no reasoning, emailed like I initiated it when I didn’t.

My order was supposed to be delivered by today. Tracking info says the order is still being processed for about 10 days now. It was special gift for my granddaughters birthday tomorrow. Would not have ordered if I knew it would not make it by latest delivery date I was given! So disappointed it did not arrive on time!
