Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

The first order of rugs was great. They are beautiful and arrived on time. The second order arrived on different dates. Although they all arrived and are beautiful, there was a problem with shipping. I would still order from Overstock. They have great selection and they deliver quickly.

I canceled a couple of items and was pleased how you handled it.

There was something white on cushion. It took awhile but I got it scrubbed off.

Overstock replaced a malfunctioning floor lamp. service was great, got the OK to replace. I love the lamp, but when put together the finial is taller than in the photo of it when purchased. I will find a replacement finial because I really like the lamp.

My buying experience was great, but I feel there needs to be more communication. My order credit card charge spent several days in pending. While it said my order went through it wasn’t showing that based on my pending credit card charge.

I trust Overstock to ship accurately and quickly. However, the green bath rugs were labelled as "sage" green, but they are not, they are like mint green.

Reason for only 4 stars is because carpet is really not ivory/rust but more peach, pink/rust. Not the color direction I wanted but it is still very well made and delivered quickly.

Rug was not quite the quality I expected for the price and the colors were considerably different than photos, but it was too big of a hassle to return.
