I ordered a recliner, it was delayed two days from the original date of delivery. It was easy to assemble until it was time to add the arms to the recliner. The arms on the right and left has the exact same brackets so in reality the arms will not fit on the recliner, it is also not sturdy. Very disappointed and upset due to I needed this recliner due to the fact I am having rotator cuff surgery.

Customer service rep was short, somewhat rude and close to yelling- I had called due to an extraordinary shipping fee that was going to be charged to me , (due to warehouse deciding to ship small pillows in sperate boxes) they could have easily shipped in one box but because I had to return, she tells me to go out and get another box to put them all in, because the "company" paid too much on outbound shipment to me,- I shared this was a poor call on your side because clearly this makes no sense, the cost of the entire order is not worth returning for a new 50% in shipping fee to me, and I asked for another solution. She just kept repeating company policy, wasn't really trying to solve the issue. I explained we should find a win-win, not a win -loose and she wasn't having any of it. Very disappointing and when I shared you've likely lost a customer it didn't seem to bother her. I would not have her working for me and if this is your "policy" to use too many boxes when its not even needed you have a bigger problem with excessive shipping fees with returns and poor service- not a good combination.

The package was delivered, and I guess it was late at night because the next morning when I checked, it had been out in the rain all night and the box was totally soaked. Whoever delivered, it could have brought it up to a covered front porch as it was raining the whole day off and on I’m a bit disappointed in the ottoman as it had plastic around it, but it had gotten wet and there was moisture underneath between the plastic and the ottoman and it got wrinkled, looking not happy with the product at all.i took pictures of the soaked box if you would like to see it.

unable to cancel order the following day. there was no notification of a one hour cancelation only when I ordered merchandise. Your negative customer service is very disturbing.

The delivery driver left 6 inch deep ruts off my cement slab onto my yard! I am furious! Your company is responsible for damaging my lawn. The ruts are huge. Your company is the only delivery I had today. How do I send you pictures of this mess I photoed???????

This company did not deliver my order. They said that I canceled it. Which I didn't. We were waiting for it, It was a birthday gift for my grandson.

I bought this because it was advertised as next day delivery. It didn't arrive for another five days. It's not quite right so I want to return it. When I press the 'Start Return' button it says I can't return it. I called the help center and they told me this is because it's from a third party seller and I have to contact them. I have an email address to contact them but nowhere on the listing did it say it was non returnable. Really poor experience with Overstock, the issue isn't resolved and I will not be ordering from them again. Compare with service on sites like Home Depot for example where returning items is simple and swift.

Ordered a full-size bookcase daybed. Overstock shipped a twin instead. I documented the error with their own listing's dimensions, and for the first several emails they denied any fault — even arguing the photos "matched." Only after repeated escalation did they ship the correct full bed. Because the wrong bed had already been professionally assembled before the size error was visible, I had to pay for assembly twice — once for the incorrect bed, once for the replacement. Overstock declined to reimburse the assembly cost caused by their own fulfillment error. The right item eventually arrived, but it took weeks of persistence and documentation to get there. Factor in the possibility of this kind of runaround before ordering large furniture from them.
