Customer service was awful . On the phone 40 minutes, sending pictures and taking more pictures to prove curtain panels were 2 different lengths, wanted to charge 10 dollars to return item when they were defective

You guys canceled my order for no reason I did not request a cancellation of the order. I was expecting this furniture as my house caught a fire and when the process of moving back into my home and I needed these barstools, this is so disheartening and this is definitely not a great Customer experience with someone.
