I ordered tile on Friday, Monday I received an email stating it was out of stock and was issued a refund.

The couch I ordered was not the quality it appeared to be online; it had a couple of ripped seams and was not straight after assembly. Furthermore, after requesting a return, I have not received a call back with instructions, and I am being charged for the return.

You don't accept international credit cards - despite using global cards like VISA and MC - why??? I was not asking you to send the merchandise outside the US, simply to pay with an international credit card that is accepted everywhere else in the US

Nothing has been delivered yet. I have been waiting 18 days since I ordered. I will be making my first payment soon and my purchase has not been delivered as of yet.

Two weeks ago my couch was shipped. I received the email that I could track the package with the correct street address. When it wasn’t delivered, I went back to my email to investigate why I had not received it or any notification. That is when I saw a drop-down menu under the street address. I was shocked to see the correct street address but not the correct City so I still do not have my couch and no one from the delivery company has called to find out why this address doesn’t exist. I desperately need customer service to find my couch and deliver it please. Update Sept 21, spoke to Kele in customer service at overstock who was excellent. She helped me get in touch with the carrier; now I know exactly where the couch is. the delivery address was correct; was just some type of automated text that combined the addresses of my delivery and billing. The carrier itself has the entire correct address so we are back on track. Thank you, Kele for your excellent customer service!
