I have requested and generated a return. I received a QR code, but it doesn't generate a label when I took it to the UPS store. I can't get a response from your return group.

All I wanted to do was exchange a ring for a different size because it did not fit my fiancé. It was supposed to be his wedding band and now I am out hundreds of dollars because it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Many items on the website are deceiving and misleading because they do not have them. Ordered several times-different items that were displayed- Called agent, confirmed that they have it(4-6pcs)- in next couple of days for 4 times they send cancellation when the terms to ship so never sent any item/recieved.

The dresser is extremely cheap. Several pieces were damaged in shipping. The instructions were very poor and vague. Once put together, it feels flimsy and cheap with multiple chips showing. Waste of money.
