I had to return a ring that I purchased because it was too big and too wide for my finger. I was told that I had to pay $13 to ship it back.

Item was damaged during shipping and I was first informed by the package currier. When I contacted the customer service number on the website I was informed it was for Bed Bath and Beyond not Overstock. After getting the right number customer service told me they would email me the next day with the status of my refund for the damaged shipment. It has been one week with no updates or refund.

Following up on a previous comment: order was previously canceled for absolutely no reason why. I've now called 3 times, all on different times ans days. #1 they said they manufacturer wasnt available that day. #2 the customer service rep said she was new, had no idea how to help, and sent an email with a new number i was supposed to call. #3 they said manufacturer wasnt open, they then called back later, put me on hold, and then hung up on me while I was on hold. Absolutely. Insane. The "deal" on my order was hardly any cheaper than name-brand furniture stores, and CERTAINLY not worth this anarchy.

I placed an order, then tried to cancel because I ordered the wrong size. When I went back in to cancel, your system said "you haven't placed any orders". Then, I got an email saying the order shipped. I click on "view order". Get the same message. I couldn't cancel the order because I can't access it. I called and was told it was too late to cancel because it already shipped. I still can't open the order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN. HORRIBLLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A TERRIBLE PLATFORM.
