ATTENTION to customer service and satisfaction of product order and delivery

The item I ordered ( took two hours + to put it together ) looked just like the picture so I was very happy about that. Quality of the item is very good too..enjoying finding things to put on the new shelves in the bedroom!

Tracking never updated correctly rug was folded and then folded over not rolled so it’s taking forever to lay flat the center line is the worse.

One lamp arrived damage because of the packing

Frustrated that I could never get a hold of anyone regarding a question on my order

Products as advertised: Umbrella is great; rug is beautiful, soft. It was the delivery that cost a star. This big heavy umbrella was delivered to another home with same house number on another street in the neighborhood. I could not carry it alone and had to get help to retrieve it. UPS is on my street at least twice a day and why it went to another street is a mystery.

What I really like is many different choices with good descriptions so I can buy items I am happy with and no returns.
