I canceled a order 15 minutes after I ordered which was the wrong item. Called customer service immediately and was told I wouldn't be charged for the item. The following morning they withdrew the money from my account. I was then told they had to figure why the charge went through

It is all about delivery. The product can be wonderful(which it is) but if you can not get people that care if it gets to the proper address then it is no good. Because someone else is enjoying your product.

Website not user friendly when seeking the coupon code for discount. When called the receiver was in South Africa which was a time factor for addressing the issue and getting the 20% coupon applied. They would not apply cause I was told the item was shipped already. I was informed by email 5 hours later that it was. Because I was told it was shipped already no application of code could be honored. Interesting how the time in South Africa affected my refund. Terrible customer service!! It would’ve cost $70 + to return. The quality is not what it should be on top of that! Poorly made rug! Overstock never again

I got a message on September 17 that my order had shipped. The status has not changed since. No word about a delay. No word at all except a request for review. I don’t need this right away, but I’d like to know if it’s lost or missing or?????
