product misrepresentation.
i ordered a product (pendant on leather rope) that was sold as 14k gold. the reciept lists it as 14k, the ad lists it as 14k, and the shipping reciept also lists it the same. upon reciept of the piece it is clearly stamped 925 (silver) and bares no 14k mark anywhere, and i have looked it over very closely. to say this was a dissappointment would be an understatement. (not to mention i am pretty sure illegal) i have reached out to overstock, got a fb messenger asking for photos, which i replied with and have just gotten radio silence since. its a very bad look overstock.
