It shouldn't take 7-10 days to ship oit an item that is ridiculous now its even worse. U cant even find my item!!! Its around $3000 and nothing!

Was told delivery was for 4 days ago.between 9-6. Tracking then changed to 9. Never came. It’s 4 days later and was told it’s in transit on the phone but tracking says it is still being delivered 4 days ago. Unless it comes today and they credit me 50% off…. I will never order from Overstock/ Bed Bath and beyond again!!!!!!!

Luxury items are shipped loose in just the dust bag. Hardware on the Gucci bag we received did not have protective adhesive on it to prevent scratches in transit. When I called customer service they said everything is final sale and there was nothing can do about my bag being smushed and scratched

I was trying to purchase a product and it declined my credit card so I used another credit card and it to was declined so I purchased the same product from Home Depot I tried multiple times and it was declined
