Overstock is a fun shopping site that offers good discounts on odd items. They carry name brands as well. Shipping is so- so. Depending on what you order and where it's coming from. Customer service is excellent. My only con is the products (more so the clothing) that I've ordered, that are made overseas, have been a mess of disappointments. From the quality, to the prints. I've received items (from India for example) that do not match the picture online. I've also been sent the wrong sizes. And some sizes do not match US sizes.

I received a damaged table from overstock as an overseas customer. It was really the fault of the packaging and rough handling. I took slightly less than 2 weeks to receive my refund. My advice is, pay with paypal and go to their Facebook page to tell them your problem. They will offer prompt customer service and will be compelled to give you a refund since paypal lets you dispute payment. I really like shopping on the site and was surprised to see all the negative reviews... they have nice stuff!

I visited overstock many times, and every time i found something I liked, I found it for less elsewhere, but the site is easy to navigate and give good suggestion of products

I have purchased 4 times and items arrived as advertised. The only issue is that I found on two occasions (out of 4 orders), that others had the exact same items for the same prices. So overtstock is not always the lowest prices for the exact same items.

Well, what can I say. Overstock has just about everything. You really have to look carefully and do your pricing research. I happily advise you sign up for their credit card rewards program. One of the best cards out there.

I like having free delivery on everything I order since joining Club-O. I did find the same camera online, $200 cheaper on another website. I think overstock.com inflates it`s prices a bit. I still enjoy shopping her tho

Overall very good experience. Good prices, reasonably fast delivery. Quality of the product (an area rug) is OK for the price, however not top quality. I would definitely shop again here.
