My order was placed and paid. Next day when I click on the link "Check order status" it says "You have not placed any orders yet". The AI chat is a total joke too. I had to call. Terrible!

I mean just awful. All I wanted want to do was to check when I would get my couch delivered because when I ordered it, the system said 2 days. Well, they haven't even sent me a tracking number and I can't use their software to check when it will arrive. I asked their customer support but it's an AI bot that does nothing and a real person only spent 2 mins with me, felt like I was not responding and then left within one minute.
