Prompt delivery and good packaging

I liked how easy it was to place the order. It was an accurate description. The only thing was follow up info. It was very slow.

The product was as advertised. I only gave 4 stars bc there was dust on the table.

The chair is very cute! The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because the 3 pieces of the back rest were very hard to fit together. Once we got passed that point it was very easy.

I like the tasteful selection of merchandise.

The quality was unexpectedly agreeable. However, ordering is a pain in the A.... I have to try over and over and over and change payment methods in order to get the order through.

Well-made, high-quality faucet at a great price, but didn't fit in with my decor. Sadly, I had to return it.

The chair looks good, and the assembly directions were adequate to complete. Many run-on words in the directions were annoying, and indicates a lack of carefulness. It took a long time to arrive.
