The color description of the lampshade I ordered was incorrectly described in the item description. The description indicates off-white and the lampshade was bright white. I had to return the items at a cost of about $15 to ship the item back since it did not meet my expectations in terms of the color. Everything about the lampshade, including it quality, were well described. I would have kept the shade if not for the incorrect color description in the item profile.

The colors that showed on website didn’t match what showed up. I will be keeping the rug only because returning it would be a pain.

I ordered a heater and after the alloted time for delivery I called, it was on a Friday. I asked why is it delayed and was told it is either lost in transit or not filled. That I would have to wait 2 more business days. If I had known it would be an issue I would have purchased from somewhere else. It has been paid and I still dont have any answers or an eta.

Delivery was right on time! But after removing all packaging and putting the desk together, I noticed that the top left front corner was damaged. So not happy about that!
