My item says delivered, it was not. When I try to check the order, it says no such order exists. The tracking number does not work. My account says I have not placed any orders yet. When I call, I am met with a rude customer service agent! All around awful experience.

I ordered 4 Wall sconse’s . Three (3) arrived with broken globes. I called and was given a case number. Promised 2-3 business days response. I called on the. 4 day. I wanted the globes replaced. I was told Overstock was not responding (was talking to Beyond). I purchased (4) globes on Amazon to enable me to complete the install on the bathroom. Beyond was going to provide a credit, then the phone went to the after call survey. NO CREDIT presented. Absolutely horrible customer service. The globes will arrive tommorrow If they fit I will again call and demand reinbursement. If no credit is provided that covers my cost, I will then refer this matter to the Indiana AG’s office of consumer affairs. Unbelievable.

I placed an order which shows me it's in stock. After a few days I received an email that the order has been canceled The frustration is. That I ordered additional of the same item on a different web site was planing to have a completed set

Received an incorrect cushion- wrong shape (bench shape vs chair cushion) & wrong color completely. Wasn't even close to what I ordered.

Your confirmation email says thank you for your order and correctly displays what I ordered. When I click the details button it says I haven't ordered anything yet. That's confusing. I hope I'll receive what I ordered.
