Bought a carpet that when delivered, didn’t like it at all. Tried to return it and said it was too late to return ( 2 days!). Called customer service (and it was a human!) and they realized it was an error. That I could return within 30 days and was able to return. Got the RMA and returned to UPS that day. I found an item that I could not find on any other site. It was in stock. It was delivered on time and the item is perfect!

So far, the quality of this product far surpasses the expense. I have barely seen one feather leak through. The product smelled absolutely fine even after being freshly opened from the plastic container. It seems to be a perfect match for my body temperature. Nice and toasty, without being too hot. Love it!
