The only thing I would say is there isn't a way to track your order other than that it was a nice shopping experience.

love the product….the only hiccup was the shipping messaging.

They're great at communicating. Merchandise always arrives packed well. It does seem as though it takes an abnormally long time for the purchase to go through or at least customer notification.

when I ordered, there wasn't any shipping charges. my chairs arrived when you said they would and there was no damage on my product. oh, and the price very fair.

Correct item was shipped quickly which was nice, but there is a ding in the wood part of the piece ordered. Not major enough to return but disappointing.

Love the product but the instructions could be a little clearer.

Product arrived as expected. No tracking information noted although there was a tracking number.

It was all Great except for the tracking system ! Every time I hit the tracker bar, it said i had not yet placed an order. Even after the order was DELIVERED. A big thank YOU for shipping via. UPS..
