The item was as it appeared and it looks good. I wish it was made of sturdier materials though. Especially the back panels and the shelves

I paid extra to have deliveries placed in garage. First delivery so far placed at front door. Ellen

The website is great. I like to search and sort functions. Also appreciate the prices. They’re in a range that I can afford. I especially like the jewelry and watchsection. I like that they have free shipping over $50 purchase.

Ordered 2 rugs, one large and one small . Got a confirmation of the order; it was right. Soon after, got a confirmation of the shipment; 2 of the large rugs, none of the small one. No tracking details. Tried to get some clarification on the chat line - got put on hold - time expired. A week later, the rugs arrived; one large, one small. The rugs are perfect. Shipping-tracking info/customer service need some improvement.
