When shopping for specific items I turn to Overstock first. Better quality better price.

The area rug we ordered came within 2 days. We loved it. The quality was great and the colors were true to the online views. However, when we saw it with our new couch, the patterns on both the couch and the rug did not look good together. The rug had to go back. Overstock was very understanding. They emailed a return slip immediately and I took the packaged rug to our UPS store for return the next day. Great experience.
