Everything was good but didn’t know the rug pad wasn’t being shipped with the rug.

They look like the advertisement. For the high price l expected a higher quality. The urns were thin plastic and glue was running down the middle and the trees were different heights. I expected symmetrical thickness and height. I like the lights and the fact that it has a timer, but for the price l would like to have been able to control the timer instead of the preset. They are pretty and will look good in my porch urns.

We appreciate your detailed feedback regarding the quality of the urns and the varying tree heights. We are glad you find the lights and timer feature appealing.

Everything was great! Planter is beautiful and well packed. Could use improvement with item tracking. Every time I clicked on view or track order, it said I had no purchase.

The item I bought is beautiful. There could have been a more helpful way of sizing a ring. I had to do a lot of research and I think I still ended up with a ring that will be slightly large. The price was very reasonable. Pictures of a mans hand wearing the ring would also help put the size into perspective. Overall good experience.

Beautiful table and chairs. Nice quality but the table had a couple of nicks on the legs from shipping. It is a lot of assembly when it arrives.

I was not happy with the communication. When I ordered, you said I wouldnt be charged until item shipped. I was charged right away and when I tried to look at my order, your site said " no order found". I thought i was scammed so I tried to email and received no response so I tried to cancel the order. I received the order several days later and was quite relieved. I loved the quality of the rug. I could nt be happier. If your communication was better, I would've given you 5 stars
