The box my item arrived in was in perfect condition, as was the outer plastic the item - a blanket - was wrapped in. I opened it about a week later to wash and put on my bed, and discovered the blanket was VERY wet and musty smelling. The blanket clearly got wet before being stuffed in plastic and boxed up. The outer plastic was perfectly dry, as was the box, but inside was a different story. Gross. Praying it was just water!!! I contacted Overstock and after saying they would follow up with me, they never did. I replied to them again in the hope that it would prompt a response, but nothing. Very, very poor customer service.

More than eight days and one of my perfumes still in proccesing status then try to contact customer service live and one of their associates kemp couldn't tell me nothing about the status of my order because he or she only have the same information i have so i wasted my time plus i ask them to give me my money back and then they say they will contact me in one or two business days after waiting for my perfume for more than a week and they have no idea what is going on ??? Really ??? Wow how profesional !!! I wont buy nothing from this website again thats for sure.

I ordered two men's shirts (DeVinci brand). I payed almost $50.00 each. They were labeled XL, but we're so small, I could barely button them. They were hemmed in the wrong direction and one with a large print didn't even have the pattern matched. This brand projects to be high-end, but you get much higher quality in a $12.00 shirt from Walmart. This is the first negative experience I've had at Overstock.com. Just don't order the DeVinci brand clothing.

I ordered 6 mugs and received 4. The order was short so I called to return them. I returned them at no cost to me, so things seemed to be going well. I paid with Pay Pal and after several weeks of no refund from them or Pay Pal I called Overstock.com. They said they sent the credit Pay Pal. I called Pay Pal no credit had been issued. Back and forth for 3 weeks. I got a refund notice from Overstock, but still no refund to Pay Pal. Finally Pay Pal got the credit and immediately credited my credit card. Would I do business with Overstock again, definitely NO. They had no idea what was going on and could not give me any answer as to why. Not in any way professional, not worth the problems of doing business with them.

Ordered multiple pieces of furniture from different brands. Couch was decent for the price but cheaply made. Ordered a coffee table which was damaged upon arrival. Was told UPS would come pick up as a new table was one being shipped. Had to call Overstock 3 times to follow up on the old piece of furniture being picked up over a course of two weeks.. ridiculous! Overall rating is POOR. I'd rather spend more money on better quality items. Same yourself the time and order elsewhere

Bought a watch here but I ended up finding it for a better price on a different website. I already ordered it so I wanted to return it. It gave me the option of returning it by myself or I could print out a prepaid label that they would deduct from the bill. Initially I clicked on return by myself but I changed my mind and wanted to print the label instead. When I went back there was no option to print it and there was nothing I could do to cancel return. I contacted customer service via chat but they couldn't help me at all and told me they'll email me. They ended up telling me I had to return it myself and there was no prepaid option because the product was too high value. But I told them I did have the option before and then they just take it away? That was a little ridiculous.

I bought a Galaxy s6 active from Overstock.com and paid an extra almost 70 dollars for a 2-year protection plan. I had started using my phone on a Friday and it broke the next Monday, so I used it for a total of three days and the screen blacked out. I contacted Overstock.com and told them what happened and they had told me that it would be covered on my 2-year accidental coverage plan. I was told that they would try to just fix the problem but if they couldn't then they would send me a replacement phone instead. After waiting a week from me sending in my phone they received it and I waited a few days and decided to check on the progress, that is when I seen that it said that they could not fix my phone so a reimbursement was being sent to me. I called them and told them I was told that if my phone could not be fixed I would be sent a replacement, they went on to tell me that sometimes they send replacements and sometimes they just send reimbursements. I then asked about my 2-year protection plan because they said they were only reimbursing me for the cost of the phone, I then learned that the protection plan is now null and void because "they fulfilled their end of that deal." I am very annoyed by this website and how they handle things. I will not be recommending them to anyone in the future because of how they handle things.

I have tried on four separate occasions to resolve a complaint about Overstock not awarding per-purchase award points. One chat, one telephone call and first email only resulted in an email days later advising that I could see my points on their site. DUH. That is how I realized there was a problem. Two more emails with their laughable promise of responding within 24 hours, and no response. I will use my remaining points on a purchase and drop them.
