I bought an engagement ring for a little over 4k. At first I was hesitant because it was a lot of money to spend on a ring online and unseen. Pictures looked great so I decided with the 30 day return policy to go for it. I received the ring and was not happy. It looked so much better online and the moment I showed it to my hopefully soon to be wife, the look on her face said it all. I decided the same day to initiate the return. Chatted with a customer rep online and she was really helpful. Send it back the same day (insured shipping 120$ that I had to pay) and got notified today that the received it and issued a refund. I hope the money will show up tomorrow. But from a customer service stand point the experience with overstock was great. I couldn't tell you much about the quality of the product but at least my risk (120$ shipping) was relatively low.

Title says it all, what more can you ask for from an online purchase? Bought a cute throw pillow for a good price and it arrived within the week, I'm a happy customer :)

I always check overstock.com for big items! They offer some great deals on brand name furniture! I have been very happy with all of my purchases. They were exactly as detailed in the description.

Overstock is a fantastic site to begin the online shopping trip. They have great prices on almost every single item. Sometimes I can find the same thing on Amazon for a little less. The shipping cost is usually the deciding factor. You can't go wrong with Overstock.
