I've had the pleasure of buying many times over with the best sales and quality items from Overstock.Com. Their prices are reasonable with the fastest shipping. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great gift ideas. Everyday there's a new great sale on so many items for home or a gift.

The title says it all; The website is user friendly and my package arrived just as the website said it would. I've read the reviews about customer service, and it seems like it is bad. HOWEVER, it is not very likely that you will need to use customer service.

I ordered an XBox One from Overstock on November 3rd. I immediately got an order confirmation. Two days later the order was still processing, then I started reading horror stories online about the company. I got really worried, so I went to Overstock.com and started a Live Chat with an employee (Ashton S- I hope you get some recognition if anyone from Overstock reads this). They checked on my order, assured me that everything was running smoothly on their end and told me that electronics generally take 1-4 days to leave the warehouse. Sure enough, the next morning my order shipped. Today, November 9, my XBox showed up at the door in great condition. Even if it hadn't been in the condition I expected, Overstock has a payment option that lets you pay for your order after it arrives (shipping/delivery is 14 days at the latest, and you have 14 days to pay once the order shipped), so I could've sent it back without all the hassle of getting ahold of someone for a refund. Needless to say, this was a fantastic transaction and I won't hesitate to do business with them again. -Hannah H
