Wow! This is mind blowing reading these reviews! I have bought multiple products from Overstock.com from sheets to large furniture and never had a bad experience. I can't help but feel some of these reviews may be fake. No offense, but Trustpilot is somewhat of a "hijack" site so "reader beware." I wouldn't usually post on this site, but I felt like someone needed to chime in. Some of these reviews are also citing things that have nothing to do with Overstock. It's all weird.

I got Vesta Gold Metal Slatted Platform Bed when I moved into my new house for a king size mattress I had. I couldn't be happier! This product is well made, VERY solid, reasonably easy to assemble. I mean, they all take a half hour anyway and when I'm working at home I take lots of breaks, so it's hard to tell, but I digress. It sleeps like a rock, my partner can flop all night long and it won't bother me a bit. I got lucky and caught it on sale, so it made me even happier to find it's such a quality product. With that in mind, it's still well worth the retail price.

These bad reviews are a mystery to me! Most of the home furnishings in my home are from Overstock, and I have never, ever once head a bad experience. On the rare occasion something arrived broken, the part or item was replaced with a minimum of effort on my part. I have been greatly pleased with almost every purchase, and never grossly displeased with anything.

The chair is so~~~ unique. All my friends said they love it and asked for the link haha. Can't be more satisfied.

I have always been happy with the products. At times, service with shipment can be slow but overall this is a great company to order from.
