Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

I have ordered several items from Overstock and have always had a great experience! I have ordered two bedroom benches, living room light, bedding, beautiful curtains and Dermalogica face soap from them and the prices have always been better than retail. The items have been great quality too! I also signed up for the O Rewards and that has been so beneficial because I earn dollars towards future purchases.

I have always had very good service from overstock. I’ve had damage from shipping and never had a problem getting a refund. Customer service was always polite and helpful. I have ordered rugs, console and chest of drawers.

Excellent quality and service Purchased a retro media bookshelf for vinyl storage. Quick shipping oversea, good communcation and the furniture was simple to out toghether. One part got a bit smashed up during shipping, but they immediatley sent me a new one when I reported the isse. Thumbs up!

I made the mistake of assembling a chair the wrong way. It took me about a few months to figure it out. Even so, when I contacted customer service, they were helpful in sending a replacement leg for the chair.

I ordered a comforter for a new trundle bed for our great granddaughters. It arrived in a timely manner and was just as described. The little girls will just love the animals on the quilt. Love the comforter.

Love Overstock! Their customer service has always gone above and beyond for me... and I buy a lot thru them.

I was so happy with my two new purchases at overstock, they were shipped earlier than expected and my purchases, a tiffany lamp and stained glass window panel were absolutely beautiful and packaged with great care. I love overstock .com and will continue to shop with them in the future!!!
