I would have given 5 stars, but the original delivery was to happen before a new mattress arrived. Due to problems, the shipping date was 3 days after they stated... Son had to sleep on the floor for 3 days until the frame arrived. Not a big deal, but even when delivery date passed, Overstock stated that it should have been delivered the day before. I had no idea on delivery and had to call specifically to get it corrected. The product itself was of excellent quality and gave extras in hardware incase something broke or was lost. Finish is excellent as well!!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We are actively reviewing our delivery communication processes. We are, however, very pleased to learn that the product itself met your expectations in terms of quality, hardware, and finish. Your positive feedback on the item's craftsmanship is valuable to us.

The product was nicely crafted. But hardware and instructions not included. However we did receive the required hardware 5 days later after I called customer service.

Everything was great, except the 8 x 10 rug pad was significantly bigger (several inches each way) than the 8 x 10 rug. Required intense effort to trim the pad - the only thing that I had that worked was really long handled pruners.

Love the product! The only reason I can't give another star is because the shipping expectation wasn't met, but it was only a few days later than indicated.
