I placed an order for several items. Not sure if the items weren't in stock or already sold, but there was no communication regarding cancellation of the order. I run a production company and needed these items for an event and it put me in a bind having to locate them elsewhere. This review is based solely on communication about the placed order and cancellation of that order.

Terrible. The rug I ordered is no where near the same color shown on your website. I called to return and customer service informed me I would have to pay for return shipping. Buyers beware! Will never shop from Overstock again.

I returned the items because the color on the website was described as sand but when they were delivered the color was vanilla. There was two items in the package but I was forced to return them separately and was charged twice for the return plus had to pay for packaging for one of the items. I am very unhappy

Canceled order. No return emails to clarify. Refund still pending. No help. Will not use again

I purchased 3 NU Garden Patio Raised Garden beds. What a poor design. 😩 The first one the corners were out of whack. I had to redesign it for it to work. The gloves given to you are kid size. The support section in the middle seems to be too short. You have to bend the sides in for it too work. Debated whether to send it back. Looked at overstocks policy for returns - WOW very convoluted. Not as easy as their competitors. I got it together. 5 hours later. I tried the second one - it should be easier. No ran into other problems. Really had to twist the metal for the holes to align. The corners I used my design from the first one. It went better. However, the support poles were smaller to a the first box. I had to bend the sides for it to work. This caused the two cheap spot weld marks to pop. Again - had to improvise this design. I used a wooden dial rod. Drilled a hole to secure it and used a longer screw to keep the sides even. Again five hours to complete this one. I have not done the third one. Debating whether to call. Overstock needs to remove this product. Don’t BUY.

Worst experience of getting an item delivered departs substantially from the photographic depiction and color description provided on the listing, which constitutes a failure to deliver the contracted merchandise. A merchant cannot enforce a "Final Sale" or "No Exchange" clause to compel a customer to accept non-conforming goods. Never going to shop again

I have tried multiple times to place an order that totals in over $1200 and no one can assist me with the order. It keeps getting cancelled and the specialty team that I get transferred to, never picks up the phone. I am in love with this bed and bar stools and would be interested in ordering more once I get our house up and furnished - but it seems impossible to place an order with them!!

You canceled my order most likely because bill to and ship to were different, now I can't get any response via the email I sent or over the phone just tells me to email. Its been 7 days and I need these vanities for a remodel I have going on out of state!
