Of course people come on here to complain and because they are getting the lowest prices on the internet more than likely they are on a super tight budget and complain even more. I love overstock and have never ever had one single problem with anything. Good customer service when needed. They have really great products and great prices. Don't let all the complainers scare you.

I love the quality of several comforter sets that I purchased from Overstock. The items arrived on the date that is was suppose too. My next purchase is a dining room set after I pay off my balance. I have been purchasing home products for many years.

Unmatched customer service. I bought an air filter , Rabbit Air, cost was over $500. There was a smell and it was beyond the window of return. They allowed me to return it, emailed a ship label to me and refunded the entire amount within 3 business days. I commend the customer service department !
