Have an issue with a product and no phone calls however I wanted to say that I reached out by email and right away was contacted within an hour and was given the information needed to fix my issue. Thankfully my issue was fixed! Thanks Overstock.

Eerst huiverig na het lezen van alle reviews, maar als iets goed is gegaan moet je dat ook vermelden. Wij hadden de tuinset Gora besteld. Deze kwam op de afgesproken datum en tijdstip. Keurig van tevoren hierover een sms ontvangen. Een vriendelijke bezorger hielp mee de spullen naar de tuin te brengen. We hebben de tuinset in goede staat ontvangen en deze is erg mooi. Wij zijn dan ook heel erg tevreden.

We hebben met een bang hartje besteld door de veelvuldige slechte recensies die we hier gelezen hebben. Contact genomen met de online dienstverlening die ons goed heeft geholpen. Levering was uitstekend, tweetalige vriendelijke man. Meubels in goede staat, doos leek al eens geopend maar dit kan wel eens een controle geweest zijn in de 'Port: Antwerp' ? Op het product niets aan te merken, exact zoals beschreven. We vonden het onze plicht om deze reactie te plaatsen omdat het écht wel dik oké was.

We had an issue with 2 sets of faucets recently purchased. Both handles said "Cold" on each set. I called customer service and they were courteous and helpful. They said someone would get back to me in 2 days and they did. They contacted the manufacturer and within a few days, we had replacement handles for both sets. Fantastic service. We are very happy.
