I spent almost a solid two months trying to find a clothes wardrobe that was functional, attractive, light weight, easy to assemble with great reviews. WoW! What a challenge! Either the Item was delivered severely damaged, had sham level manufacturing or no option for hanging clothes. I was a newbie to Overstock and was reluctant to try their site given my lack of experience. WoW! Again.... the unit was delivered in perfect condition with solid, secure, protective packaging and EARLY! The assembly took approximately 2.5hrs with 2 females and only had one issue with a minor part. The end result appears much higher quality than the photo portrayed in the product description. It is beautiful, all joints and parts aligned, no missing pieces and just a nice, simple piece of functional furniture. Extremely pleased with the price point as well. I will now consider using Overstock in the future! High recommend.

I am shocked to see the poor reviews! I received a faulty product and the manufacturer told me to pound salt. I involved Rose from Overstock customer service who was excellent, she made them do the right thing while making me feel valued as a customer. Maybe all you bad reviewers are the problem.

I have been shopping on Overstock for years. I have always had great experiences with them. I ordered my daughter-in-laws Birthday present. I had it sent to her and my sons home. A few weeks later, I asked my daughter-in-law how she liked her gift. She said she never received it. I called Customer Service and explained the situation, within two days my daughter-in-law received a replacement.
