Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

I encountered with Roland and Charlotte. Roland’s is so wonderful and professional help me pick out the best couch and design ordered it and it’s taking two months to be shipped in. Charlotte which I’ve only talked over the phone with has been outstanding helping me figure out when my couch is arriving which is going to be shipped separately and she got me free delivery on the second delivery which I thought was amazing these two people customer service skills are one of a kind. Wish there was more people out there like them. I will be back to Cincinnati overstock in the future. ThanksYours truly Anna

I was able to get some discontinued furniture for my great grandchildren.. Everything was as described and was delivered in a timely manner.

My house burned to the ground on April 3, so I've bought a disproportionately high number of things from Overstock.com. My purchases and their customer support has been totally positive. I'm a very thorough shopper and their prices are also nearly always the lowest available. Shipments have been prompt and nothing has been broken. I highly recommend them. I've bought furniture, lighting, decorative items, a wonderful suitcase with real metal locks, and decorative items. The surprises with these items were all positive. They have many hand carved hardwood furniture items. Most require some assembly, but it's simple to do and they are very sturdy. I can't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I assume happy people don't bother!

Vorige week loungeset gekocht. Vandaag, mooi op tijd geleverd! Ik kan er alleen maar tevreden om zijn!

Nothing but great things to say about them...quality, price, and customer services are superior in their industry. I purchased my son's entire apartment content here. Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) came in on time and exactly as described. I have never been disappointed in the past. Customer for life!
