placed an order for sandbags on Aug 7 2014. Did not receive a tracking number. Emailed customer service on Aug 15 2014 and they provided a tracking number. Basically they printed out the label but did nothing about it. Today is Aug 20 2014. UPS tracking number indicate that there are no activity, so basically nothing was shipped out.

We ordered a new sprinter pro lavor scrubbing unit. It is a $700 machine and I expected it to be brand new. First of all, the box it was shipped with had no packing material inside of it. The box looked previously returned and opened. After inspection, the unit was found to be USED!! There was still water in the tank from use! I expected a better product. I contacted them to return the unit and 2 days have passed with no reply. Please stay away from buying expensive items from this seller. They wasted our time and probably have to file a chargeback with my credit card company since they do not reply to return instruction requests.
