Own a small business,ordered two pallets of ice melt. Called to inquire about shopping date was told it could take 10 days they will call to set up shipment. Today I recieve an email saying both orders where canceled and refunded. However the products are on the website and with a significant price increase an exact number you ask $ 1,293.50 difference more than what I had paid,never again deleting account

I bought a 59.99 basically 60 dollar memory foam eggcrate mattress topper. I ordered it on Oct 3rd UPS driver was inept and couldnt find my street which is off a main road, just google it .and he wrote the house number is incorrect..I called..they tried at night..I was home..house number is incorrect..so a buncha calls, on Oct 13 they find my house and just leave it on the steps rather than knock on my door so its not stolen..cuz this an apt..anyways its twin 3 inch pad 11 pounds..packed so tight..like the weight of a mack truck was used...i had to unpeel this thing it was so difficult...it was and still is and always will be flat as a pancake...like wavy..puuffy here..flat there..just a useless pile of sh!t..not soft..hard flat piece of sh!t all wavy..so i call and they tell me its gonna take 72 hours..what 3 days..yeah right..thats how long they said the smell should take to go away..the instructions said it should immediately decompress after you unpack. I could tell it was a good mattress pad, they just destroyed it by packing it so insanely tight for so long. Smart. Dont take my advice and pack it looser cuz then youd need a bigger box..thats not cost efficient..so they give me an email picturerequest at overstock.com. It rejected my email cuz the size of the email..i attached 5 pictures..well um im supposed to be able to attach pictures right? So i asked for a shipping label to return..theyed refund me 5 days after they receive it...basically alot of bullsh!t..all their fault, wont compensate you anything for the hassle and stress.

I am highly dissatisfied and frustrated. I ordered a 5 piece bedroom collection for $1484.99 from Overstock on August 9. The expected arrival date was August 15. Within the last month I have spoken to about 15 different representatives from Overstock. For about a month they could not give me an answer of when I would receive my package or where its location was. About two weeks ago they decided that they could not find it and would ship out another one because of a mishap with the shipping company. They reassured me they would be using a different shipping company different from the original but did not. I was told several times by different customer service representatives that the delivery was a "white glove delivery" and they would be setting it up in my house. The delivery finally took place today where one person showed up and placed it on my front porch and said "I can help you bring this inside but I'm not really suppose to." I called and they told me there was miscommunication and they do not approve white glove deliveries. Even if they were not going to set it up for me they should have sent another delivery guy to help bring it into my house. My husband was not supposed to be here today but thankful he was because he had to help bring the estimated 475 pounds of furniture into our home. I'm not sure what we would have done if he was not here. When I called to speak to a representative about my frustration she told me they could send someone out with a delivery fee that I would have to pay for someone to set it up. I had to ask her three times to speak to a supervisor. In the end I finally told the supervisor that I want to return the furniture because I do not want something in my house that is going to remind me of Overstock.com and the frustration that I have endured. I regret my purchase and this has been the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. Most of the time trying to locate my first furniture shipment I was the one trying to call YRC and Overstock to figure out what was going on. I was told several times that I would receive a follow up call or email and never received anything. When I would call back, a few times I had to wait aver 30 minutes to even speak to a representative. I have chosen to take my business elsewhere knowing that there is no way it can be this horrendous. I will not be shopping at Overstock in the future and will make sure to express my concern with anyone that thinks of shopping with Overstock.

Il faut éviter à tout prix ce magasin. Nous avons acheté une table de jardin à 1600 euros et pris le service VIP pour que tout soit nickel! sauf que nous avons reçu une table avec deux pieds plus courts que les deux autres!!!!!!!!!!! le service après vente a décidé d'envoyer quelqu'un une semaine plus tard, mais le technicien a appelé un mauvais numéro et donc ne s'est jamais présenté, résultat des courses: une journée de perdue et toujours pas de table correcte! la prochaine date du passage n'est que dans deux semaines, car le technicien est trop pris!! en gros, nous sommes pas prêts à utiliser notre table de jardin cette année!! Nous n'acheterons plus jamais mais jamais chez Overstock!

Een bestelling, direct betaald via Ideal, werd door Overstock gecancelled (niet geaccepteerd in het systeem). De betaling (107 euro) hebben ze wel ontvangen en nooit terugbetaald. Spam emails zijn er meer dan voldoende, maar een customer service die ervoor zorgt dat mijn geld terugkomt niet. Mijn advies: koop zeker niet bij Overstock.com

I ordered 4 items for my garden. I received 2 out of 4 of them. I called and they refunded me 1 out of 2 that I didn't receive then they gave me a different businesses' email so I can figure out why my 4th item wasn't delivered. I ordered through them they should help me. I really don't have time for this. I gave them 1 star because one of the items that I did receive was missing pieces to it. Not like the picture!

Ordered two lamps. Delivered to wrong address and stolen from porch. After many calls and inquires no refund. I'm out over $200. I will never do business with them again and I will tell all of my poor experience with them.
