Flawless. Very easy to purchase!

Good stuff!

I've had nothing but good experiences with Overstock through the years. Anything that was bad turned out good. When I bought a dining room table that was very slightly damaged in shipping, they gave me a full refund. I couldn't believe it. A full refund on a $600+ item! No request to box it up and ship it back. Hopefully they got a claim from the shipper. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones based on all these negative reviews. Hopefully they can turn Bed Bath and Beyond around. And hopefully more happy customers will take the time to write a review. I'm not one that likes to give an award when a company does what they're supposed to do, but when they go above and beyond like they did with me or they are consistently good over the years, I make note of it. I will continue to browse their site when I need household items. Their return policy and customer service is definitely better than the competition that only allows returns for 30 days after the order (which isn't really 30 days if it takes a week for the item to arrive). You know who I mean.

The new table set is amazing. It came in about a week or so but most importantly it came in perfect condition and the set up and assembly was easy.

I’ve been a customer of Overstock for several years. I don’t understand all these negative reviews. I’ve ordered from overstock many times. I got a small table and chairs and some chairs were wobbly so they sent me a new set and I had to return the original…understandable. That was like four years ago. Three years ago I got a great deal on Adirondack chairs. No problems. Two years ago I got four beautiful stools for our island. No issues and a great deal. I also got ab amazing deal on a king bed. No problems. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I came here to leave a review for Overstock after my recent positive experience with them and I'm shocked to see all the negative reviews! I'm kinda glad I didn't see those reviews before I made my purchase with Overstock. I ordered a dining table and it was delivered to me with the tabletop broken in half (probably the fault of the shipping company). I contacted Overstock right away and after several emails back and forth with the Oversize department, they shipped me a new identical table. That's excellent customer service for me (or maybe I was just lucky :) )

Fantastic deals! Fantastic delivery service! Fantastic furniture! This was a bargain and the quality and style and customer service and support was excellent. The furniture was from Belleze and the reseller was One Big Outlet - and everyone was great about the products and customer support. They had a helpful credit card service that provided a great deal for financing as well. Definitely a vendor I will look to purchasing through for future furniture needs.

Very happy with my purchase. Will definitely use Overstock in the future.
