Accepted coupon offer of 15% off first purchase. Ordered Ladder-Chair but they changed the price from sale $118.34 to original, then applied the 15% coupon, so the net result was 5.6% discount, not 15%. As a retired retailer our company would call that false advertising, misleading at the least. We're in no hurry for the ladder-chair and will find someone else even if we have to pay more to shop a reliable company. Headed to Amazon.com now to see if they have one. I am opening a boutique for women and ordered carpets from Overstock...returned two for a different color but the same carpet overall, was issued a store credit. Received one carpet and the other three weeks later plus another one out of the blue in delivery. They are a mess and "chat" or email is the only customer service available to contact. After store credit is used up I will not be returning. I had to purchase their $21 store customer card to avoid shipping costs to return the first set of rugs! Cannot recommend this website for shopping. Two stars for their selections only but perhaps not worth the chance.

I order a pair of earrings that ostensibly were for an adult. They were pearl and 14k gold. The cost was 187 or thereabout. When I received them, I didn't even have to take them out of the plastic envelope as they were the size appropriate for a child. They should have written that in the description. I return them as was charged over $25 for the return and shipping fees. That is deplorable in my book. I will never order again from Overstock! Buyer beware!!

They shipped my orders to my old address . then they couldn't seem to fix it on their end. And they expect me to cover the shipping costs to get my stuff delivered to the correct address. Well I'm not and I'm NOT paying the credit card either. No stuff no payment. Eye for an eye.

I purchased 4 beautiful swivel bar stools and a leather chair. All were beautiful BUT the problem is they are baby size. This furniture is so tiny it looks like it’s made for 10year old. I had to send it back and they charged 80.00 to return the stools.

We ordered the Manchester Traditional 5 piece bedroom set with an additional nightstand. All pieces were delivered the with exception of our dresser. We were guaranteed ALL of our furniture would be in by 8/8 it is now 8/7 and after 3 days of back and forth between overstock and the carrier (XPO Logistics) the item has still not been located. They issued a 24 hour doc search for the item and it was still not located. As of today (8/7) overstock informed us they are “working on” getting us a replacement. That’s all we’ve heard for the past several days. Overstock is “working on” this issue. As your customers, we expect answers and not just to be strung along for days by different customer service agents. Also, your clients SHOULD NOT be the ones contacting these carriers directly looking for their shipments. That is your job!! I’ve never had this issue when ordering smaller items (rugs, etc). Overstock’s Oversized Furniture department needs a major overhaul if they’re looking to grow this side of the business. Needless to say, we will not be ordering full sets of furniture items from Overstock in the near future. Stay away from ordering any items considered “oversized” like full furniture sets and larger pieces of furniture. Better off going to an actual furniture store or picking up items on your own.

Maandag 15 juli kwam men onze Minore 4x3 zweefparasol leveren én installeren want daar hadden we een extra €90 voor betaald.. maar er ontbraken essentiële bouten en de ‘techniekers’ hadden er geen extra mee. Gevolg: Overstock ging ze nasturen.. maar de parasol is 9 dagen in zijn karton op ons terras blijven liggen! Elke dag heb ik een mail gestuurd, elke dag kreeg ik als antwoord dat de bouten eraan kwamen.. niet dus.. Uiteindelijk liet ik Overstock weten dat ‘eens de vijzen geleverd’, wij de parasol wel zelf zouden monteren. Vandaag, 24 juli is er een zakje met bouten geleverd, de parasol staat eindelijk recht en Overstock belooft om onze €90 terug te storten.. Conclusie: de dienst na verkoop is bedroevend! Tip: je bent maar beter alert en pro-actief want o wee als er een stuk ontbreekt!

The furniture I ordered was nice, however they forgot the hardware. When I called to request the hardware, the customer service was horrible (not friendly, and not knowledgeable). They also said it will take up to a week to receive the hardware that they forgot. This is after I waited 2 weeks for the furniture... Just expect to have some missing pieces and to wait extra long for delivery. I feel like Home Depot or Wal-Mart would have been a safer bet.
